Job Detail
- Talent Development Programs: Develop, implement, and evaluate training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities. This includes identifying training needs, designing relevant content, and coordinating delivery methods.
- Succession Planning: Collaborate with department heads to identify key talent and create succession plans to ensure a smooth transition of critical roles within the organization.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement strategies.
- Career Pathing: Design and implement career development frameworks to provide employees with clear pathways for growth and advancement within the organization.
- Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to foster a positive work environment, promote employee morale, and enhance overall job satisfaction. This may include organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Learning and Development Budget: Manage the learning and development budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support organizational goals and employee development needs.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of development programs and initiatives. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Able to business trip in Udon Thani at least twice a month(Prefer)

Salary

70,000 - 100,000 (THB)

Required work
experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Over 30 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent development and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven project management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive results.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the manufacturing or agricultural industry preferred.
- Age preference: 35 - 45 years.
- Able to travel to the factory at Udonthani 20-30%.
- English proficiency required.
