We are looking for an Integrated Brand Marketing Manager to lead the marketing execution of Biopharma brands in GAP management area – both online and offline. This individual will primarily drive implementation of the marketing activities, incorporate digital channels to increase reach, develop customers' touchpoints map to enhance communication and experience with Grifols.
What your responsibilities will be
You will have the opportunity to:
- Work with country team to timely execute marketing action plans and promotional activities/materials (online and offline).
- Act as liaison with Global teams to co-ordinate and streamline key initiatives for implementation in GAP region.
- Incorporate online channels to core strategies to increase reach and enhance customer experience.
- Develop communication toolkit based on customer segmentation.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Work with distributors to support them with appropriate tools required.
- Responsible for continuous product training/promotional material training to enhance knowledge of sales &/or marketing team under GAP management areas and to facilitate their capability in delivering consistent key messages to targeted customers.
- Customer mapping and touchpoints to support countries in KOL engagement to strengthen advocacy and loyalty.
- Undertake analysis of products competitive environment, national policy and reimbursement, market analysis and prescribing trends from country teams to ensure that business trends are in line with GAP objectives.
- Establish effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance process and requirements are met all GAP marketing activities.

- You have a University Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Nursing or similar). It will be an added value if you have professional or business qualifications (MBA, business, marketing, etc.).
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in brand management/marketing/digital marketing in pharmaceutical industry.
- You are proficient in Veeva Promomats system.
- You possess good communication, analytical and organization skills.
- You are a results-oriented, data driven person and team player, able to collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve the objectives.
- You speak fluent Thai and English.
- You have willingness to travel (up to 20% local and regional)
