Full Stack Software Engineer x 2Seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer proficient in Typescript, Node.js, React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL. Your role will involve building and maintaining scalable applications, integrating front-end and back-end technologies, and managing databases. You should be able to solve complex problems, ensure application performance, and deliver high-quality software. Responsibilities Tech Lead

  • Lead a team of Software Engineers to build cool things, help mentor the engineers and build strong working relationships
  • Provide technical leadership for Typescript, Node.js, React, Next.js & PostgreSQL, driving architectural decisions and ensure codebase is good quality
  • Help organize the team to ensure optimal efficiency, ensure team members are unblocked and have clear goals to achieve
  • Work closely with Project Managers, UX/UI designers, and occasionally clients to define project goals and requirements.
  • Solve difficult technical problems and lead the team in finding effective solutions and making decisions.
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings and organize planning and retrospective sessions to promote ongoing enhancement throughout sprints.

Responsibilities Full Stack Software Engineer

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
  • Design and implement robust backend APIs with Node.js, ensuring efficient data retrieval and manipulation with PostgreSQL.
  • Architect and build dynamic and responsive front-end interfaces with React and Next.js, focusing on user experience and performance.
  • Lead database schema design and optimization for PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and improvements.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Solve difficult technical problems and lead the team in finding effective solutions and making decisions.

Requirements

  • Fluent Thai - Advanced English
  • Technical Lead: At least 1 year experience managing Software Engineers
  • Full Stack Engineers: At least 5 years experience in software development
    • Typescript, Node.js, Next.js, React & PostgreSQL (SQL/Mongodb also ok)
    • Experienced in system design, software requirements
    • AWS cloud (Container Services)
    • Familiar with testing strategies
    • Deployment Automation
  • In-depth understanding of SQL database architecture, enhancing query performance, and adhering to data integrity standards.
  • Expertise in using version control systems (like Git) and implementing continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) processes.
  • Ability to represent and visualise the software system (State Diagram, Architecture Diagram, Sequence Diagram)
  • Outstanding leadership abilities to inspire, coach, and oversee a varied team of tech professionals.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and multitask while working on several projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities for effective teamwork and explaining complex tech ideas (English & Thai)
  • Problem-solving approach with skills to lead the team in navigating complex technical issues.
  • Commitment to building a supportive team environment, encouraging ongoing education, and leading innovation efforts.
  • Ability to speak with clients if needed

Bonus Requirements

  • Experienced or Knowledge in IOS and Android application development (Flutter/React native)
  • Interested in blockchain technology, any experience with building smart contracts, most of our clients are Solana or EVM-based chains
  • Interested in Machine Learning
