**THE POSITION: Performance Marketing Lead**

As the Performance Marketing Lead at Eatigo, you will spearhead our performance marketing strategies across all markets, focusing on maximizing ROI through digital channels, including a significant emphasis on short video content. You'll work with a dynamic team to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven insights and creative marketing solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across all digital platforms, with a special focus on leveraging short video content for platforms like TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage and alignment with consumer behavior and preferences, particularly in the realm of short video content.
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to produce high-performing marketing materials that are optimized for conversion and engagement.
- Lead the performance marketing team, setting clear objectives, and KPIs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with the product and analytics teams to use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve the user experience.
- Manage the performance marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI across all markets.
- Establish robust analytics to measure campaign performance, providing regular reports to senior management and recommending strategic adjustments as needed.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing, especially in the area of short videos, to keep Eatigo at the forefront of innovation.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the tech, startup, or F&B sectors.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, with specific achievements in the use of short video content for brand growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve high performance.
- Expertise in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Looker studio, Appsflyer, Google analytics) and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Strong budget management skills with a focus on delivering cost-effective results.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Previous experience in the Southeast Asian market is highly desirable.
