Export Sales Executive

Purpose of the Job:
The Export Sales Officer (Europe) is responsible for driving export sales and managing client accounts in the European region. The role involves market research, account development, order processing, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage export sales in the European market by identifying potential customers, distributors, and partners
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients in Europe
- Handle the full sales cycle: quotations, price negotiation, order confirmation, coordination of production and shipping, and after-sales service
- Ensure all export operations are in compliance with EU trade regulations, customer requirements, and INCOTERMS
- Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, and Production teams to meet delivery schedules and resolve any issues
- Prepare and process export documentation: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, EUR.1, etc.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and provide insights on trends, competitors, and pricing in the European region
- Attend international trade shows and exhibitions, mainly focused on Europe
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth
- Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Export Sales Officer, Sales Administration, preferably with exposure to the European market
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and EU regulations, CE requirements, REACH, etc. (depending on industry)
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS, international shipping procedures, and customs clearance processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) (TOEIC score 700) or additional European languages (e.g., German, Italian, French, Spanish) are an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage timelines.
