Our 3 Business Unit Groups
• VS Chem Group (VSCG): Specialty chemical distribution and solutions
• Nitrocellulose Group (NCG): Nitrocellulose and chemical manufacturing
• RCI Labscan Group (RCLG): Scientific and laboratory solutions
What you'll be doing
- Prospecting and generating new leads through networking, cold-calling, and other sales activities
- Meeting with potential clients to understand their water treatment needs and present tailored solutions
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
- Providing excellent post-sales customer service and support
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and materials
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the water treatment or chemical industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex water treatment technologies
- A self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient personality
- Proficiency in both Thai and English languages
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, chemistry, or business
