  • Notify customers of any changes or issues with their orders, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Continuously review and improve personal performance to meet sales goals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, representing Vertier creations professionally at all times.
  • Maintain a neat, organized showroom environment, ensuring all displays are clean and visually appealing.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administrator, Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in these fields without formal qualifications will also be considered.
  • Prior experience in the furniture, home décor, or retail industry is an advantage (1-5 years preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
