- Provide personalized assistance to customers, helping them choose the right furniture and accessories to suit their home.
- Demonstrate product features and characteristics, explaining design details and benefits.
- Understand customers' needs and preferences, recommending products that align with their requirements to close sales.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and help meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintaining and expanding the existing accounts.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation to payment collection, and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Notify customers of any changes or issues with their orders, ensuring smooth communication.
- Continuously review and improve personal performance to meet sales goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, representing Vertier creations professionally at all times.
- Maintain a neat, organized showroom environment, ensuring all displays are clean and visually appealing.
Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administrator, Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in these fields without formal qualifications will also be considered.
- Prior experience in the furniture, home décor, or retail industry is an advantage (1-5 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
