Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and experienced Sales /Account Executives to drive sales and develop strong relationships with clients in both the B2B . The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of SAP and/or Oracle NetSuite solutions, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients in the B2B.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including understanding their business needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, pricing models, and customized solutions to meet client requirements.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions to clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as pre-sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client activities, sales pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Sales or Account management, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Able to communicate in Chinese with customers, especially in speaking and listening, for sales and coordination. Candidates with this skill will be given special consideration.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of SAP and/or Oracle NetSuite solutions and their implementation methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English being a plus.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
- Experience with project management tools such as or Basecamp.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving skills, and a strong team player.
