Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics and Supply Chain or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years directly experience in Logistics and Supply Chain, especially Import-Export process field.
  • Ability to work well with a team in reaching a common goal
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding or a similar function with an international freight management company.
  • People management skills, service mind and a good team player.
  • Good command of computer skill.
  • Enthusiastic, Passionate and Positive nature personality
  • Intermediate in English skill level for communication (both written and spoken)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Oversea, Carrier, Shipping agent and Freight forwarder.
  • Follow up import and export shipment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse for loading export cargo and unloading import cargo.
  • Controlling Export LCL/FCL/Bulk shipment from factory to Bangkok Port.
  • Handling shipment documents and input in SAP system.
  • Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems and imports and exports.
  • Effectively communicate with various cross team members.
  • Analysis causes of problem and find out the methods to be proper and correct.
  • To performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
