POSITION: CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE

LOCATION: RICHARD MILLE BOUTIQUE BANGKOK

As part of our Bangkok sales team, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience and upholding the highest standards of service, operations, and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets, supporting the overall boutique performance
  • Engage actively with Clients to build and nurture long-term relationships
  • Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the brand
  • Support the Boutique Manager in day-to-day boutique operations and activations

Requirements:

  • A passion for luxury and delivering outstanding client service
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Proactive, collaborative, and a positive team leader
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
  • Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • 2-3 years' experience in a client-facing, luxury or retail environment, with leadership potential
  • Fluency in English and Thai is required; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred
