หน้าที่หลักและความรับผิดชอบ

  1. ควบคุม ดูแลงานทั้งระบบของคลินิกทั้ง 2 สาขา

  2. บริหารจัดการงานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย

  3. บริหาร วางแผน วางระบบงาน และควบคุมการทำงาน

  4. พัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากรและการบริการให้มีประสิทธิภาพ

  5. ดูแลผลประกอบการของคลินิกทั้ง 2 สาขา

  6. วิเคราะห์ จัดทำแผน ปรับปรุงขั้นตอน ควบคุมและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น

  7. มีความรู้ด้านการตลาด การขายและการบริหารบุคคล

  8. วางแผนกลยุทธ์องค์กรร่วมกับคณะกรรมการบริหาร

  9. วางแผนการบริหารงาน เพื่อเพิ่มรายได้ สร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า

ทักษะ คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์:

  • ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ธุรกิจ, การบริหารจัดการ, หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
  • มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการทั่วไปหรือระดับบริหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  • มีความเข้าใจในการวางแผนกลยุทธ์และสามารถบริหารจัดการองค์กรให้บรรลุเป้าหมายได้เป็นอย่างดี
  • มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและตัดสินใจแก้ไขอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
