Asawin Grand Convention Hotel, part of the prestigious Miracle Group Hotels, is seeking an accomplished and visionary General Manager to lead our flagship convention hotel in Bangkok. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional to oversee all aspects of hotel operations and drive strategic growth for one of the city's premier convention properties.

Key Responsibilities


• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to all departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.


• Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial targets, optimize profitability, and maintain operational excellence.


• Lead and inspire a large and diverse team to deliver outstanding service and uphold the standards of Miracle Group Hotels.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the MICE, travel, and hospitality sectors.


• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and capital expenditures to ensure sustainable growth.


• Drive marketing and sales initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities across rooms, F&B, events, and conventions.


• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience


• Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 5 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role within a large hotel or convention property.


• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving strong financial results.


• Deep understanding of hotel operations, MICE business, and guest service excellence.


• Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
