Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
- Support CEO in managing work and organizational tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Prepare facilities and arrange refreshments for scheduled meetings or events, as required.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant stakeholders when required.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between business units.
- Remind the manager/executive of important tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Prepare related reports, analyze data, and create presentations as requested for assigned projects.
- Support the execution of business vision, strategies, and directions.
- Implement and maintain administrative systems and procedures.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring legal compliance and minimizing risks. Handle the complete contract management process.
- Perform other tasks or assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any related.
- Excellent English (written and oral).
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) excellence of excel Accounting and financial.
- Experience similar role of project management.
- Strong business customer service and social skills.
- Knowledgeable in business, structure, marketing, financial.
