Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. This role focuses on strengthening our brand, creating engaging communication for both parents and students, producing high-quality content, supporting key events, and promoting campaigns across online and offline channels.
You will play a key role in shaping how our brand is presented and how our messages connect with our audience.
Key ResponsibilitiesBranding
- Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity across all platforms.
- Develop brand-aligned messaging, visual concepts, and campaign themes.
- Ensure communication tone and style are consistent across all materials.
Communication
- Craft clear, warm, and professional communication for parents, students, and partners.
- Prepare communication materials for events, email campaigns, newsletters, and announcements.
- Align messaging with counsellor, BD, and management teams.
Content Creation
- Produce high-quality content for social media, website, print materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Write captions, long-form content, scripts, and storytelling pieces for both parents and students.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day social media posting, engagement, and community interactions.
- Track analytics and optimize content based on performance.
- Stay updated with trends to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
Campaign Promotion — Online & Offline
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms and offline channels.
- Coordinate with design, sales, and event teams to ensure consistent campaign delivery.
- Support promotional activities such as posters, brochures, ads, partnerships, and on-site activations.
Event Coordinator
- Assist in marketing activities for fairs, workshops, and special events.
- Prepare promotional materials and pre-event communication.
- Support on-site operations: registration, media capture, live updates, and guest coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, content creation, social media management, or event coordination (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
- Fluent in Thai and good command in English
- Strong understanding of branding, digital communication, and content strategy.
- Ability to generate creative ideas for campaigns, content themes, brand storytelling, and engaging content for both parents and students.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe, Capcut or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
- Positive attitude, team player & willingness to learn.
