Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and overall upkeep of the executive's residence
  • Coordinate home maintenance and repairs, including contacting technicians, contractors, and service providers
  • Manage insurance-related matters (home, car, etc.): renewals, claims, and follow-ups
  • Supervise household staff such as housekeepers, gardeners, and drivers to ensure tasks are completed properly
  • Handle personal schedules, appointments, and private errands for the executive
  • Purchase household supplies and handle miscellaneous personal tasks as assigned
  • Serve as the main point of contact to ensure smooth and efficient household operations
Working Hours
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location
  • Sukhumvit 23, Bangkok

Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, or in household/estate management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Able to use basic computer tools
  • Basic English communication skills
