Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR & Visa Coordinator to support our HR operations, focusing on visa and work permit processes for international employees (especially from India and Myanmar) and coordinating HRD engagement programs to enhance employee experience. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams, government offices, and external agencies to ensure smooth operations and legal compliance.


Key Responsibilities

Visa and Work Permit Management

  • Handle all documentation and processes related to Non-B Visa applications, renewals, and work permits for foreign employees (mainly Indian and Myanmar nationals).
  • Coordinate with immigration offices, labor departments to ensure compliance with Thai regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of visa expiry dates and proactively manage renewals and extensions.
  • Support onboarding of foreign employees, including preparing employment contracts, visa invitation letters, and necessary HR documents.
  • Liaise with external consultants or agents to facilitate complex cases or group submissions.

HRD & Employee Engagement

  • Assist in the design and implementation of employee engagement activities such as company events, town halls, and wellness or recognition programs.
  • Support training and development programs including attendance tracking, evaluations, and HRD documentation for DSD submission (if applicable).
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback to measure engagement levels and propose improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to maintain a positive workplace culture and communication flow.

General HR Support

  • Assist in HR administrative tasks such as new joiner documentation, employee database updates, and reporting.
  • Support HR communication channels (emails, announcements, internal posts, etc.).
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company and labor laws.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, visa/work permit coordination, or government liaison work.
  • Good understanding of Thai labor law, visa, and work permit procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills both Thai &English proficiency.
  • Friendly, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with multicultural teams or foreign employees.
  • Experience in HRD, employee engagement, or training coordination will be an advantage.
