Executive Assistant

We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant (EA) to the Group CEO. This role requires excellence in English, strong business and financial acumen, and a polished professional image.
As the Group CEO's right hand, you will provide critical support across a diverse portfolio of businesses. You will manage priorities, streamline operations, and represent the Group CEO's office with professionalism, discretion, and executive presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
· Manage the Group CEO's calendar, meetings, communications, and international travel.
· Draft, proofread, and prepare presentations, proposals, and reports in English.
· Act as the Group CEO's liaison with board members, investors, partners, and external stakeholders.
Business & Financial Support· Review financial statements, performance reports, and investment decks across industries.
· Prepare concise executive summaries and recommendations.
· Support business analysis, budgeting, and performance tracking at group level.
Cross-Industry Coordination· Follow up on Group CEO directives and ensure execution across all business units.
· Coordinate strategic projects spanning real estate, hospitality, F&B, and entertainment.
· Assist in preparing board packs and investor updates.
Representation & Image· Accompany Group CEO to key meetings, business functions, and high-profile events.
· Represent the Group CEO's office with professionalism, confidence, and refined presentation.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (master's preferred).
· Minimum 5–7 years' experience as an EA, Analyst, or Strategic Support role at C-level.
· Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
· Strong knowledge of finance, corporate strategy, and business operations.
· Exposure to real estate, hotels, restaurants, or entertainment is highly desirable.
· Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital productivity tools.
· Polished professional appearance with confidence in high-level environments.
