About Us:
We are a fast-growing company expanding in Bangkok, seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team while managing key HR and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Office Management: Act as the primary gatekeeper, managing the CEO's schedule, communications, and priorities.
- Meeting & Logistics Coordination: Prepare materials for key meetings, record minutes, and coordinate complex travel and event planning.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO professionally.
- HR Administration Support: Assist with recruitment coordination, new hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, and payroll processing.
- Strategic Project Support: Monitor strategic initiatives, track KPIs, and conduct research to aid executive decision-making.
- Confidential Documentation & Finance: Handle sensitive documents, manage the CEO's expenses, and ensure discreet information handling.
- General Office Administration: Oversee office management, internal communications, and general documentation flow.
- Personal Logistics: Discreetly manage the CEO's personal appointments, errands, and family-related logistics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR practices and administrative processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Thai language skills a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
