New Plant Setup at Phan Thong, Chonburi

Only candidates who accept the condition to work in Pathumthani (Khlong 2) for about 4–6 months, or until the new plant in Chonburi opens (planned for early next year), will be considered.

Working Day: Mon. - Fri.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment Function

  • Handle the 
    end-to-end recruitment process
     for all levels (operator to management).
  • Work closely with department heads to 
    analyze manpower needs
     and plan recruitment accordingly.
  • Develop and post job advertisements through appropriate channels (job boards, social media, universities, agencies, etc.).
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
     to match job requirements and company culture.
  • Coordinate with management for 
    interview schedules and feedback
    .
  • Prepare 
    offer letters, employment contracts
    , and coordinate onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports, candidate databases, and related.
  • Support 
    employer branding activities
     and participate in job fairs or campus recruitment.
  • Support the follow-up of employees' probation status

 
Training & Development Function

  • Collect 
    annual training needs (TNA)
     from departments and prepare the yearly training plan.
  • Coordinate both 
    internal and external training
     sessions.
  • Prepare training materials, evaluations, and attendance reports.
  • Handle 
    training registration and submission
     to the Department of Skill Development (DSD).
  • Maintain employee training records and summarize training results for management review.
  • Other assignments.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 
    3–5 years of experience
     in recruitment and training, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of 
    labor laws and DSD training regulations
    .
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR systems.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
