About the role

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Supervisor (English & Thai) to join our team at Garmin Chonburi (Thailand) Ltd. in Chon Buri. This full-time role will be responsible for leading and overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day finance and accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and month-end close processes
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support
  • Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team, ensuring they are trained and equipped to deliver high-quality work
  • Ensure all financial records and documentation are properly maintained and secured
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the finance and accounting function
  • Ensure the company's financial activities are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing or technology industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and internal controls
  • Proficient in both English and Thai, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using financial software, spreadsheets, and other accounting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of leading and developing a team of finance and accounting professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Travel to Taiwan 3 months for training.

  • Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Knowledgeable in Thai accounting and tax regulations.
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented with strong numerical and communication skills.
  • Able to independently solve problems and lead finance team.
  • CPA certificate
