About the role

Sungrow Developers (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Equipment Supervisor to join our team in Chonburi. As an Equipment Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and operation of our specialised equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This is a full-time position based in Chonburi.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment
  2. Coordinate and supervise the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and efficient equipment repairs and servicing
  3. Monitor equipment usage, identify issues, and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed
  4. Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance, repair, and performance
  5. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve equipment-related problems
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and best practices
  7. Provide training and guidance to equipment operators to promote safe and efficient use
  8. Assist in the implementation of new equipment and technologies as the business grows

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar equipment supervision role, preferably in the engineering industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery
  3. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians and mechanics
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address equipment-related issues
  5. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  7. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices in equipment maintenance
  8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  9. Good command of English (spoken and written).
