About the role:

We are looking for an experienced HR - Recruitment & Training professional to plan and manage recruitment activities at all levels, from operational staff to executives. Develop and enhance recruitment channels through online platforms, offline sources, and relevant industry networks. Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates. Analyze recruitment data and present reports to senior management.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of new hires
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  3. Maintain and update job descriptions, job postings and other recruitment-related materials
  4. Coordinate and conduct training programs for new and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  5. Monitor and report on recruitment and training metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
  7. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  8. Work with Manager/BU leader in hiring new employee issue.

What we're looking for:

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR recruitment and training role, preferably in the manufacturing or technology industry
  2. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and training methodologies
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to use HR-related software and tools
  5. Adaptable and problem-solving mindset to navigate changing business needs
  6. Fluency in Chinese or English, both written and spoken
