About the role:

Garmin Chonburi (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in Chon Buri, ensuring efficient and effective production processes to support the company's strategic goals.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and directing a team of production workers to achieve targeted output, quality, and safety standards
  2. Implementing and monitoring production schedules, work orders, and inventory control systems to optimize workflow and minimize downtime
  3. Identifying and resolving production issues, implementing corrective actions, and providing continuous improvement recommendations
  4. Conducting regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to develop and motivate the production team
  5. Collaborating with other departments, such as quality assurance and maintenance, to ensure seamless integration and achievement of production goals
  6. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to enable data-driven decision making
  7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree + Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment
  2. Language skill: Chinese or English
  3. Training in Taiwan for 6 month (March-September 2027)
  4. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean production principles
  5. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to identify and address production challenges
  6. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  8. Proficiency in using production management software and data analysis tools
  9. Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing industry
