Role & Responsibilities

  • Apply machine learning techniques to streaming data to drive automated actions.
  • Train models on the basis of large-scale, multi-structured datasets.
  • Build AI engines consisting of ML models that incorporate real-world learning loops.
  • Work unsupervised with internal and external teams to deliver working prototypes and solutions to business requirements.
  • End-to-end responsibility for model development, including data exploration, training data, feature extraction and model development, validation and scoring.
  • Convincingly communicate with our stakeholders at all levels, including pairing with other machine learning and data experts.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of hands-on, real world machine learning experience in a professional environment
  • Machine Learning: Strong background in at least one specific machine learning area. Solid mathematical background, especially in linear algebra.
  • Coding: Excellent skills in at least one procedural language (for instance, but not limited to Python or similar). Specific machine learning experiences in these languages must be listed. Comfortable with command-line tools.
  • Deep learning experience using at least one of the most popular frameworks. We are seeking evidence of current DL projects in your Github repository.
  • Real-life experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools, especially Spark, are a plus.
  • Experience with large-scale model deployment in production is a plus.
