Job Description:

Responsibilities

Design and Build AI-Powered Creative Workflows

  • Architect and implement seamless automation workflows for the creative production process, from initial briefing to final asset distribution.

Integrate and Manage Core AI Solutions

  • Utilize automation platforms like to integrate and manage APIs from a diverse set of AI tools, including ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway ML, and the Figma API.

Optimize Systems and Provide Technical Support

  • Collaborate closely with team members, including planners and designers, to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the automation infrastructure for maximum efficiency.

Support Prompt Engineering for AI Draft Creation

  • Assist the creative team in engineering effective prompts to generate high-quality initial drafts of visuals, copy, and videos using AI tools.

Research and Implement New AI Technologies

  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI technology, and continuously test and introduce new tools to enhance the team's capabilities.
Qualifications

Required: (Reference / Portfolio for activities preferred)

  • Proven experience in building and managing workflow automation platforms like or Zapier.
  • Hands-on experience with API integration and management.

  • Strong understanding and practical experience with generative AI tools, including:

  • Image Generation (e.g., Midjourney)

  • Video Generation (e.g., Runway ML)

  • Copywriting/Text Generation (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper)

  • Understanding of design tools like Figma and Adobe, with experience utilizing their APIs.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in an advertising agency or a marketing content production environment.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proficiency in business English.
