The opportunity

Gorilla Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BOI Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangkok. As a BOI Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's strategic and planning initiatives, leveraging your expertise in BOI (Board of Investment) regulations and procedures.

Key responsibilities

  1. Providing comprehensive advisory services on BOI regulations and requirements to the company and its stakeholders
  2. Preparing and submitting BOI applications, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  3. Assisting in the planning and implementation of strategies to take advantage of BOI incentives and benefits
  4. Liaising with BOI authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits
  5. Monitoring changes in BOI policies and regulations, and advising the company on the potential impact
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BOI-related activities
  7. Providing training and guidance to the finance and accounting teams on BOI-related compliance

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. At least 5 years of experience in BOI-related work, preferably in a finance or consulting role
  3. Thorough understanding of Thai BOI regulations, policies, and incentive schemes
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal and financial requirements
  5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  6. Fluency in both Thai and English, with the ability to prepare and present reports in both languages
