Position Overview:

The application product management specialist is a critical role in the application management team, responsible for driving the success of IT project management. This role works closely with the business user, project manager, business analyst, infrastructure, and vendor in all stages of IT project management. We seek an experienced application product management specialist to translate and Analyse business requirements or processes into IT functions and solution design, manage the vendor, and ensure the qualification of the application.

Key Responsibilities:


• Analyse business requirements or processes to be IT functions.


• Identify new system requirements or recommend a new IT solution.


• Communicate with business users to understand the system function.


• Collaborating with the project manager, business analysts, infrastructure team, and vendor to


• ensure the qualification.


• Manage or support projects from start to finish, ensure timely project execution and completion, prepare project reports and dashboards to communicate project progress, identify project risks, assess their impact, and issues to stakeholders.


• Fix issues & Support business users on time.

Qualification:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields


• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or system analyst in the retail or

financial service industry is required.


• Proven experience in application product management or related IT project roles.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities and having experience working with vendors and managing outsourced development or implementation projects.


• Having familiar with IT project management methodologies and tools.


• Having experience with CRM, Salesforce, SAP RE, SAP FI, SAP AR, SAP PM is a plus.


• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
