Marketing and Customer Service Coordinator

**Help grow after sales revenue through qualification of customers for AMECARE services, consumables, and PM contracts. Optimize turnover and customer satisfaction through the scheduling of service visits according to client needs, and in accordance with local service engineer availability. Support sales in the development of marketing and client education strategies focused on expansion of Atlas awareness in core and competitor dominated market segments.**:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: include the following:
Marketing related responsibilities include the following
- Qualification of customers for service, maintenance, and aftermarket needs.
- Help develop strategies for creating awareness of Atlas products and services.
- Market research, internet related marketing, cold-call prospecting of existing and untapped target customers
- Participation in, and promotion of client-education, tradeshows, and related marketing events.

Customer service-related duties include the following
- Support customers through quotation of instruments, parts, and technical services
- Vendor registration and order processing
- Coordination of documentation and logistics between the BU, AMETEK Thailand, and the end-user
- Management of invoicing and collections with support from the Thai shared support team
- Communication with customers on lead-time and delivery
- Coordination between technical service and the customer in the scheduling of service work
- Support in managing appropriate inventory levels for local demand.

- Creative and adaptable, able to handle a wide variety of tasks typical of a small growing business entity. Willingness to take initiative and play a contributing role in the development and improvement of marketing and customer service strategies. Technically oriented communication and attention to detail.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient with MS office windows, Adobe,

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university with a concentration in marketing or communications; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

English language speaking and writing proficiency.
