Operations and Customer Service Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the customer relationship with one or more internal or external customers to ensure overall satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems through active listening and critical thinking skills.
- Manage the flow of customer service processes with the goal of exceeding customers' expectations.
- Review customer service processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee the coordination and implementation of projects aimed at improving customer service.
- Maintain and implement training programs for customer service staff.
- Utilize financial management tools in order to effectively manage budgets.
