**Industry**:
Manufacturing(Chemicals/Materials)- Explain the technical specifications of the machine, products to customers
- Help sales to promote company products to customers
- Understand customer needs and coordinate with internal, supplier company
- Support and respond to customers when there are any technical problems
- Visit client if needed
- Ability to work and share information with cross-functional teams.
- Other duties as management assigned.
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- 【Must】- Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related
- Over 3 years working experience in Customer Service, Key Account, Sales Executive, or any related field.
- Experience of flexible packaging (preferable) or packaging industry and related
- Positive attitude, Independent & Self-driven, service-minded, and result-oriented with entrepreneurial spirit
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 up)
- Good command of English**English Level**:
