**Job title** - Sales Account Coordinator, B&C, P&B

**Location** - Bangkok, Thailand

**Job model** - Hybrid

Support sales to manage their accounts, both externally (with clients) and internally, by managing projects administration, account management activities (such as customer data, technical data information) and routine inquiries from clients.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Project Management: Track customer projects, coordinate activities, and manage sample delivery.
- Client Interaction: Organize meetings, address daily client requests, and ensure satisfaction with Customer Care.
- Documentation: Maintain commercial documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Administrative & Reporting Support: Handle tasks like reporting, demand planning, and assisting account managers with schedules and budgets.
- System Expertise: Be the local expert for systems and tools, ensuring proper usage.
- Sampling & Regional Support: Manage samples, product requests, and assist with pricing, database management, and marketing presentations.

**You bring**
- 3-5 years of commercial assistant experience (preferred)
- In depth knowledge and usage of sales working processes and rules
- Good understanding of the business and of the sales mission and roles
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly back office)
- Computer literacy and in depth mastering of dsm-firmenich systems & tools: SAP, Sharepoint (and if delegated, pricing tool, demand planning, budget, LE)
- Team player, able to work with many different functions and people
- Organization and rigor
- Business Proficient in English is required to work with internal and external stakeholder
