**Compensation & Benefits Officer**
- To support the overall compensation and benefit effort to executive compensation and benefits practices for the country, including responsibility for personnel cost budgeting and control, yearly salary
- To support all aspects of the annual merit increase cycle
- To maintain accurate, efficient daily C&B processes to support all populations of employees including compensation & benefits administration, and benefits communication.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation.
- Communicates well in Chinese or English
- Other project in HR

**Talent Acquisition Officer**
- Overseeing workforce planning, utilization and related staffing and manpower reports
- Ensure the timely and quality hiring for vacant and new positions based on requirement
- Work with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions/specifications are developed, updated, and communicated on a regular basis for all positions
- Work closely with C&B for Job offering process
- Supervise the recruiting and report on its performance
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. assessment test and onboarding processes)
- Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
- Initiate project to improve recruitment efficiency and employer brand.

คุณสมบัติ
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Actuarial Science, or a similar related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- **Good command of spoken and written Chinese **with HSK 5-6 (Preferably for C&B Officer)**:

- Have Experience with Payroll Systems (Provision, Etc.) is an added advantage
- Have Experience with HRIS Systems (Workday) is an added advantage
- Knowledge and experience in Compensation and Benefits; 2 years experience in compensation and benefits area with a multinational company
- Have Knowledge of Labor Law & Legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and team management
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
- Strong decision-making skills, agility, proactive and positive attitude.
