The role of Business Training Administration Coordinator is supporting all Business Training Center activities: oversee and maintenance BTC Pakin Building, including support BTC Trainer and Staff. Moreover, Administration Coordinator is very essential in supporting workflow for both internal and external customer.

Key Responsibilities:
BTC Administration Coordinator

Over see and maintenance BTC, Pakin Building- Training and Meeting Room reservation service for all sales channel, Distribution and Department of FWD.- Training Class registration service both face to face and online.- Catering (Break & Meal) arrangement for class trainees or meeting room user.- Examination Room reservation and service for OIC licensing examination.- Business Training center area/ rooms/ equipment look after and maintenance.

BTC trainer and staff support- Trainer & staff monthly working payment reimburse.- Hotel reservation (in BKK & UPC) for training class and related activities.- Air Ticket reservation for trainer and staff who travel to train, or related activities in the up country.

Baseline Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any fields.- Minimum 5 years' experience in Training Support.- Ability to use Microsoft office - Word, Excel, Power Point.- Good command in English both verbal and written.- Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative.
