Apac IT End User Services Manager

**Job Description**:
COMPANY PROFILE:
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The APAC IT End User Services manager will manage the delivery of IT services to the APAC CNH Industrial internal end user community. The IT services consist of all customer IT touchpoints including the delivery of the PC Fleet Management services.
In this role there will be a strong focus on Customer Experience while managing financials and identifying areas for service improvement while keeping a close eye on meeting or exceeding measurable performance metrics related to service delivery.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- to work effectively and co-operatively with IT Senior Leadership and other Leadership Teams throughout the CNHI Group and other entities.
- to coordinate with External vendors, suppliers and trusted partners to ensure best practice & most current thinking is leveraged.
Technologies include all end user compute devices:
- Laptops & Desktops (6,000)
- Mobile & Soft Phones (4,500)
- Printers & Multifunction Devices (1000+)
- Handheld Manufacturing Devices/Scanners (400+)
- Conference Room technologies (200+ Rooms)
Management scope:
- Budget 7M+ USD
- ~ 20 Internal CNH Industrial staff
- ~ 65 External contractors
- Corporate locations, Logistics & Manufacturing sites across India, China, Australia and SEAJ
- Service Desk, Deskside Support Services
- Asset Management/Refresh
- Vendor Management & Contracts
- Software License Management
- On/Off Boarding - ~ 300 - 400 in/out per year.
- End User Procurement 2M+ USD
- VIP/Executive Service
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline.
- 8+ Year(s) experience of leading an IT function.
- Experience driving and leading various services that have led to a positive Customer Experience and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership with demonstrated abilities to align the right staff member to the right role.
- 4+ Year(s) demonstrated history of disciplined financial management.
- 4+ Year(s) of vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Strong technical background and experience in a wide area of IT skills such as - Servers, Networking, Desktops, Laptops, Telecom, Software Development, Security etc.
