Territory Manager

PRTR Manufacturing Team is supporting the formwork and shoring solutions for all types of concrete construction projects company. Our client is a global company that operated in 12 countries around the world.
Currently, we are looking for the Territory Manager to generate profitable business through the sale and rental of the company’s products.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Handling the formwork buyers for the sale and rental of forms system and being the Account Manager to ensure all customer needs are met and satisfied.
- Prospecting the designated sales territory to identify and prioritize potential customer and project opportunities for formwork systems.
- Managing the sales funnel of these opportunities using the company software. Works with the District Manager to ensure that adequate selling resources are applied to every customer opportunity.
- Estimating projects using pricing guidelines. Meeting with customers and presenting the solution. Answering objections and validating Lowest Place Cost Solutions to the customer’s forming needs.
- Closing orders with customers and contracts using standard contract documents. Preparing documentation for order entry.
- Communicating and coordinating with the District and Corporate Team to ensure that the customer’s formwork needs are completely satisfied and customer relationships properly managed.
- Being informed of new products, services, and general industry information of interest to customers. Being aware of competitor activity and developing specific strategies to win new customers and sell deeper into existing customers.
- Performing other job-related duties and special projects as required including attending training and education seminars in local and corporate offices, traveling to trade shows, etc.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Education Background from Civil Engineering or any related fields.
- Experience of more than 5 years in the sales engineer or business development field for the construction business.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Good technical knowledge and project management.
- Skillful in coordination skill, customer service mind and interpersonal.
- Good English communication skills.
