**Sales Operations & Administration Associate**:

- Bangkok**

This role manages daily sales administrative operations, including Modern Trade and General Trade sales ordering, PR/PO processing, distributor OPEX analysis, and preparation of distributor KPI documents. The position supervises all sales operational activities with distributors to ensure effective processes and supports the Head of Sales on daily administrative assignments.

**What will you do?**
- Perform end-to-end order management for assigned general trade distributors
- Coordinate with Modern Trade Key Accounts for order entry
- Manage customer service efforts to resolve customer queries and issues
- Perform monthly subsidy claim and payment for distributors
- Organize sales meetings and assist executives in administrative responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with data management and procedures related to efficiently handling the sharing of data
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request

**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field sales or sales operations in FMCG environment
- Proficient in English language, written and verbal communication
- In-depth understanding of sales operations, customer relations, proactive problem-solving, administrative skills, and attention to detail
- Amenable to working at Bangkok, Thailand
