- Keep track of customer orders and coordinate with internal departments in related tasks to ensure the smooth operations of sales activities.
- Assist in coordinating with other departments, such as shipping and receiving, to ensure that products are received in good condition both internally and externally.
- Tracking sales opportunities from lead generation through close of sale to ensure that all opportunities are followed up on.
- Assist in processing orders, maintaining records of inventory levels, and monitoring customer satisfaction with products or services.
- Process product returns and claims to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Assist in maintaining databases of prospective clients and customers including contact information and details about their buying habits and other relevant information.
- Assist the marketing department to develop plans for new product launches or other special events.
- Coordinating with the accounting and retail team to ensure that invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Creating reports about sales operations performance and identifying areas for improvement based on data analysis.
- Manage the digital lifecycle of a product listing from start to finish.
- Ensure all content such as product photography, description, and videos are up to date and optimized.
- Identify best and slow sellers to flag product replenishment needs and sales insights to relevant teams.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Takes initiative, is curious and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
