**Job Purposes**:
Plan, develop, and monitor internal and external human resources training and development program, organize the program following the plan as well as monitor training preparation, coordination, and operating cost, in order to support training and development operations effectively aligning with organization’s policies and objectives

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Analyze important data and assess future and current training needs to develop training program
- Plan and develop training and development program and materials to improve the program effectively
- Participate in setting annual training budget and provide operating cost disbursement for the use in training and within the department
- Plan and follow up the assessment for training process
- Monitor coordination with related units, preparation of materials, facilitators, registration, database, and documents to support training operations
- Control making summary reports of overall training programs and seminars to propose to the supervisor
- Provide coaching and recommendations to subordinates to improve skills in work
- Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in related field and 1-5 years of team management
- Understand training and development process and assessment process
- Have good skill in management
- Have good Thai and English communication skills
- Have good computer skills
- Be creative
