5.Organize and develop the internal training course system of the enterprise, reduce the training cost and improve the internal training level of the enterprise.
6.Responsible for the follow-up work of the training project and evaluate the training effect after the completion of each training project.
7.Summary of regular training work and writing training work report.
8.Provide staff training and development guidance to department heads.
9.Responsible for establishing good cooperative relations with other external training institutions.
10.Promote the construction of talent echelon and the promotion of corporate culture.
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- Male or Female, Age 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Have more than 3 years of training and training management experience.
- Good team spirit, responsibility and learning ability
- Cheerful personality, strong communication skills, responsible and resilient.
- Good command in English language.**English Level**:
