**1.**MANAGING THE COUNTRY GENERAL MANAGER’S SCHEDULE**
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Managing the General Manager's calendar.
- Proactively anticipating the needs of the General Manager and prioritizing tasks accordingly.

**2.FACILITATING COMMUNICATION**
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drafting correspondence, reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.

**3.MEETING COORDINATION**
- Preparing agendas for meetings.
- Coordinating meeting logistics, taking minutes, and distributing materials.

**4.TRAVEL AND EXPENSES MANAGEMENT**
- Making travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation.
- Preparing detailed itineraries.
- Processing expense reports.

**5.PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPRT**
- Assisting with special projects.
- Conducting research and preparing reports.
- Managing administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.

**6.MAINTAINING CONFIDENTIALITY**
- Handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Ensuring the highest level of confidentiality.

**7.RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT**
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other executives, employees, clients, and partners.

**8.OFFICE MANAGEMENT**
- Overseeing the general administration of the General Manager's office.
- Ensuring smooth operations and effective resource management.

**9.REPORTING**
- Collaborating with the Sales team to collect data on competitors.
- Submitting consolidated reports on competitive analysis.

**10.ADMINISTRATOVE TASKS**
- Managing correspondence and maintaining files.
- Processing and handling other administrative duties as required.
