**What's your role in the team?**:
We are looking for a Crossborder Logistics, Associate who wants to understand how an ecommerce fast fashion brand works and creates high value experience for customers. Are you the kind of person who enjoys planning, monitoring, managing on 3 party logistic relation, delivery KPI and performance? We are looking for talent to join our team.

You will work closely with the Production, Fulfillment, Operation Technology team to improve on delivery experience to customers, cross border logistics strategy & solution and provide better class in logistic quality, efficiency & costs. At Pomelo, each team member is expected to work autonomously, often setting their own objectives and key results.
- Consultation of the forwarding/shipping company regarding cross border regulation, insurances, duties and taxes
- Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of customs and government regulations across the region.
- Search for possibilities to reduce duties and taxes
- Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of import and export shipments
- Identify logistic operations root cause both Pomelo operations and 3PL operations. Quick solution to solve problems.
- Supporting relevant projects and solutions according to assignments.
- Preparing and maintaining all logistics internal & external reports.
- Be the contact point for day-to-day operational enquiries and issues related to import and export shipments.
- Proficiently using the Pomelo system in investigating any abnormality of shipments.
- Coordinating with 3PL and factory to prepare necessary documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
- Collaborate with other Regional Logistics team members in shipments follow-up and investigations.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business or International Logistics Management.
- 1-2 years experience in related field is plus.
- Good eye for detail, Good reporting and analytical skills
- Natural problem solver
- Willingness to learn and high adaptability to new technology and ideas
- Extremely proactive, responsible, organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple complex-tasks/project with “result-oriented”
- Data-driven decision making mentality, fast learner and “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team
- Good command in English
- Experience with Microsoft’s Excel or Google’s Document
