For our e-commerce business unit, SILKEN Asia, we are looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager (E-commerce) to manage our e-commerce client portfolio, and a team of 4 talents. Our portfolio includes branded stores in categories like pet care, FMCG and appliances, and the development of multi-brand stores.
The reference market is domestic (Thailand) with relevant tasks also covering regional scope of work.
As Senior Key Account Manager for E-commerce projects, you will be the client's leading key person in charge to optimize the end-to-end process between the client, our team, and all external stakeholders (marketplaces, warehouses and other partners). Your key role is to develop strong relationships with brands, and all e-commerce partners.
That's what we are expecting from you:
- Managing key e-commerce operations and drive sales growth of our brand partners engaged for online e-commerce projects through marketplaces, social commerce, and other online sales channels
- Understanding business goals and products SWOT of our brand partners, in order to define sales and and marketing strategies, including sales forecast and ROAS benchmarks
- Designing and implementing impactful promotion campaigns, sales strategies, sponsored and affiliate campaigns, and all marketing activities - onsite and offsite - within the given media budget
- Advising brand partners on their e-commerce positioning, opportunities and challenges, in relation to stock availability, product pricing, competitive analysis, and media budget
- Leading, monitoring and empowering team members (key account executives, digital marketers, influencer specialists, finance, and designers) coordinating efficiently their daily tasks
- Coordinating with external stakeholders (marketplaces) and agency partners (warehouses, importers, logistics, tech providers) in order to optimize our brand partners performance, and enhance our agency relationship with the stakeholders
- Developing new e-commerce projects, for our brand partners and for the agency, in the domestic and regional markets
**Qualifications**
- 2+ working experience in e-commerce for consumer brands (directly with brands or other e-commerce enablers or agencies)
- 1+ experience in managing small teams and also able to work independently with a level of responsibility, and direct relation with clients
- Proven experience to work with Lazada and Shopee Seller Center
- Good knowledge of Google Sheet (or Excel) and Google Slides
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools (analytics, chatbot, customer service, marketing)
- Fluent in Thai and English
