Being responsible for overall branding and marketing for company’s brand & products (coffee category, both ATL and BTL as well as online digital & marketing activities).
- Managing portfolio deployment, range management, campaign translation and execution, artwork translation, brand management and compiling and sharing key market insight conforms agreed brand meaning and visual identity.
- Managing adaptations within the context of central innovation decision-making and coordinating all activities within the scope of launches of New Product Development or Product Adaptations.
- Being responsible for range management to ensure a sustained yield of rangeland products while considering range resource status.
- Handling external communication activities as well as social media and keeping relationships with media partners are all in line with the communication and media strategy as defined by the Category Marketing Leader.
- Conveying brand packaging design guidelines and turning them into brand artwork.
- Handling brand development; developing brand meaning & visual identity, managing local product adaptations etc.
- Executing brand activation by using above-and below-the-line instruments within the context of central brand activation guidelines.
- Overseeing compiling knowledge and key market insight and sharing this information with the central marketing organization for potential innovations and trends.
- Conducting Market Research data and analysis
- Dealing with cross-functional teams including internal office, regional office and external parties like advertising agencies, marketing agencies, market research companies, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, branding, and product management from the FMCG industry.
- Experience in food & beverage products is a huge plus.
- Must be able to handle end-to-end marketing with strong market data analysis skills.
- Possess leadership skills and attention to detail and technical terms.
- Solid understanding of FMCG product development
- Good analytical and time-management abilities
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
