**Purpose of role**:
To deliver Blackmores Thailand business objectives and profit targets through effective, efficient development and delivery of marketing initiatives to our consumers and channels.

**Responsibilities include**:
**Thailand Marketing development**

Understand target audience and interpret to marketing strategy initiatives.
- Develop local marketing initiatives, objectives, plans and targets for approval to implement
- Manage development and implementation of all local marketing activity
- Co-ordinate input of key stakeholders (internal and external) in development of local marketing plans
- Develop pack size and pricing recommendations to support market and internal pricing strategies
- Ensure marketing intelligence is received and analysed so that opportunities may be capitalised on as they occur and the effects of competitor activity minimised

**Portfolio Strategic Planning & Management**
- Lead the development and implementation of assigned portfolio strategies that will contribute to the organisation’s short and long-term business objectives.
- Develop and deliver annual budgets/target for market shares, brand awareness, volume, net revenue, profitability, and marketing expenditure for the assigned brand portfolio.
- Plan, monitor and evaluate of all marketing mix strategies and activations including effectiveness and efficiencies, adjust marketing strategy and plan to meet changing markets and competitive conditions for assigned portfolio.
- Responsible for brand portfolio demand forecasting, and its rationalisation strategy

**New Product Development & go-to-market (GTM) strategy**
- Working with NPD manager for NPD initiatives, including feedback on positioning, claims, packaging, pricing and agree launch promotional strategy
- Leveraging on technical knowledge, market trend and consumer insights, proactively seek new product/renovation opportunities by developing a robust innovation pipeline strategy.
- Ensure education activity is timely and in-line with marketing directives. Liaise with Customer Service to ensure appropriate content of programms and events

**Industry Engagement**
- Maintain necessary contact with major marketing suppliers, key retailers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve the objectives of the company
- Support management of relationships: creative and media buying agencies, promotional agency, sponsorships
- Analyse market and consumer research data to understand market and consumer needs

**Who are you?**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing and/ or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand /product management, commercial experience in marketing/trade marketing and sales, preferably in FMCG industries.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing integrated brand plans that are robust and effective with limited A&P budget.
- Demonstrates good insights generations and analytical skills to develop robust marketing strategies
- Effective cross-functional team player to lead team discussion and planning for brand portfolio to ensure successful delivery of marketing-led initiatives.
- Strong business and commercial acumen; understanding Blackmores strategies, as well as customer and consumer marketing environment.
