Brand Manager

Development and direction of the brand to build long term customer loyalty.
Create marketing campaigns in line with our visions.
In charge of leading the communication plan, events, POS development, portfolio, etc.
In depth understanding of the brand and products. Monitor and analysis of data and surrounding business and competitive environment to adapt our plans and portfolio to make sure we meet our targets and ensure long term sustainability.
Propose, Control and Reconcile Financial Plan, Support Budgets and Internal Operation Plan for the brand.
Accurate forecasting of demand based on planned activities, promotion & channel expansions plus healthy stock level management.
Manage pricing decisions and in-depth knowledge and control over the product value chain.
MARKETING ACTIVATION WORK.
Taking the plans and executing them and coordinating and managing the details with the team and agencies that are working on the projects for events, social media, and other brand related work.
Work with the sales team to provide marketing support for our customers both HORECA, B2C and ECommerce.
Work together with our Marketing Activation Team on how to best represent our brands by developing and executing regular trainings with evaluation on the effectiveness of our training programs.
Liaise with other team members for necessary follow up on queries/deadlines/requests and special functions instigated by the Marketing Manager and/or the Director of Business Development s office or any Directors of the Company.
MARKETING OPERATIONS.
Understand and monitor product pricing.
Manage, monitor and evaluate the effective of stock keeping related to all brands and products under the care of the product category by developing and maintaining a detail report and statistics.
Manage all orders to Principals in a timely fashion, and follow up on marketing support & A&P.

Coordinate with finance, marketing, logistic and warehouse to optimize supply chain management.
without compromising on quality of delivery, customer service and payment collection.
Manage Brand Principal s Visits and Events from optimal scheduling to accommodation/restaurant reservations when needed.
MARKETING LEADERSHIP.
Align working practices and conduct with Company Vision, Policies and Procedures; consistently strive to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external customers ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with an outgoing personality.
A creative happy person that likes to motivate their team.
Is well organized and able to prioritize and multitask and has a strong sense of responsibility.
Dynamic, driven and passionate.
Qualifications & Experience.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management preferably in Marketing from a recognized University.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing with experience in Brand Development, NPDs and events, pos development, leading a team.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.
Good computer skills.
Salary is dependent on your experience.
