Position Overview:
As the Partner Management Manager at Lazada Express (LEX) Thailand, you will oversee the performance and growth of LEX’s third-party delivery partners, ensuring they meet operational standards and contribute to the scalability of the logistics network. Your role will be pivotal in building long-term relationships with partners, driving their performance, and ensuring alignment with LEX’s service-level agreements (SLAs) and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Performance Management:

- Monitor and evaluate delivery partners’ performance against agreed SLAs, including on-time delivery, capacity ramp-up, and service quality.
- Identify and address performance gaps through performance management mechanism and escalation processes.

2. Partner Growth & Development:

- Collaborate with partners to scale their operations in alignment with LEX’s growth targets.
- Work with partners to optimize their fleet and capacity ramp-up, ensuring readiness for peak periods.

3. Issue Resolution & Support:

- Act as the primary point of contact for delivery partners, resolving operational or contractual issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide technical and operational support to partners.

4. Strategic Collaboration:

- Align with the Network Planning team to ensure delivery partner operations are integrated into broader logistics strategies.
- Work closely with the Partner Acquisition team to transition new partners into management seamlessly.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

- Track partner performance metrics and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
- Provide insights on partner capacity, cost efficiency, and performance trends to support strategic decisions.

**Job Requirements**
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, vendor relations, or logistics operations.
- Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and improving their performance.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with Thailand’s last-mile logistics landscape.
