- Assortment Planning & Merchandising : Demand & Supply matching, develop strong seller base, Engage with local communities
- Seller Management : Manage top sellers within subcategory, ensure top sellers are growing in the same direction of the subcategory, build new seller base by working closely with vendor acquisition team in acquiring new sellers, build new/potential sellers to become bigger and stronger within subcategory
- Marketing & Onsite management : Develop campaign planning & execution, manage onsite merchandising, deal hunting and review results
- Internal collaboration : Work closely with cross functional teams i.e. traffic, marketing, support category needs and deliver efficiency improvements
