Manage digital sales and acquisition strategy to deliver business KPIs of all products that can be onboarded/serviced via UOB TMRW.
Plan and execute digital acquisition strategy to grow new customers with high quality at efficiency across all channels.
Design the acquisition and sales campaigns along with relevant product managers to drive volume under optimized cost per acquisition.
Jointly work with Digital Marketing team to manage cost of acquisition and quality of customers acquired towards desired outcomes.
Collaborate with relevant parties to deliver remarkable onboarding experience to customers via UOB TMRW.
Introduce new initiatives to improve customers mix towards higher profitability under acceptable risks.
Monitor sales and acquisition performance vs target and take timely actions to close the gaps when being identified.
**Digital Partnership**:
Research, identify and develop relationship with relevant ecosystem partners to jointly develop the differentiated solutions and improve overall customer experience via UOB TMRW.
Explore new acquisition and strategic partnership to grow customer base via UOB TMRW as well as work closely with other banks partners to create synergy.
**Manage relationships with UOBT internal channels and networks**: Sales, Branches, Workplace Banking to support offline to online acquisition via UOB TMRW.
Manage Member Get Member campaigns to increase referrals among existing customers digitally.
Monitor acquisition performance under each partners to increase scale at optimized cost.
**Project/Process Management**:
Identify areas for process improvement in UOB TMRW and work with related parties to execute the initiatives.
Support Citi customers migration initiatives to ensure smooth transitioning.
Represent UOB TMRW in cross-functional meetings in country and with Group.
Ensure all tasks performed under Commercial function are in compliant with internal control processes and regulatory requirements.
Promptly escalate issues when arise and take necessary preventive and corrective actions.
At least 8-10 years of working experience in Banking, Business Development, Product Management, Sales and Acquisition, or Business Analytics roles with strong track of records.
Strong leadership to lead team and mobilize various stakeholders towards common goals.
Innovative, Creative and Energetic to test and learn from new ideas.
Multitasking under challenging environment.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
Strong negotiation skills with collaborative working style.
