Head of Marketing

Develop and implement the business growth strategy and the overall sales and marketing strategy, with the Chief of Growth Officer.
Carry the overall responsibility for managing strategic marketing and communication planning, alongside with the execution of all of the internal marketing efforts across the group.
Lead the team, in order to build, update, execute and maintain the quarterly marketing plan.
Own the company's overall marketing performance, profitability of the marketing services both through clear and agreed OKRs, which will include ROI and ROAS targets.
Be responsible for ensuring the quality, validity and relevance of all tracking and reporting pertaining to marketing efforts.
Build a close relationship with the Sales team and ensure that efforts in marketing are closely aligned and coordinated with the sales efforts. Hold regular check-ins with sales to verify the quality of leads generated and ensure the company is constantly updating and adjusting the marketing efforts in alignment with the commercial needs.
Set, monitor, and report on the overall well-being and individual performances of all team members. This includes planning and managing the career and capability development of the entire marketing team. Conduct regular 1-on-1s in accordance with the HR guidelines of the group.
Excel in collaborating and advising Management, key stakeholders, and other teams.
The Qualifications.
7+ years of experience in marketing either from advertising or media agency or from in-house marketing role(s). B2B experience is a must.
Knowledge and experience with both brand and performance marketing.
At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Branding, Communications, or any related field.
People leadership experience is a must.
Ability to understand and lead reporting from both a qualitative and a quantitative aspect - Google Analytics and similar certifications are a plus.
Ability to build an entire marketing plan from Brand Planning to Comms Strategy to through out to execution.
