EveryMatrix is seeking a Country Manager within our Thailand Office. The role will administer the company as legal Director and will collaborate with the local Human Resources and Office Administration teams for insuring the well functioning and growth of the Chiang Mai office.
**Company Intro**:
EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 200 customers worldwide. The company is profitable, has over EUR 100m in annual revenues, and 700 employees in offices across ten countries in Europe, Asia and the US. EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 and remains a founder-owned private company.
**Country Manager Responsibilities**:
- Keeps top management and all other relevant parties in EveryMatrix fully informed on the condition of the Chiang Mai Office and on all the important factors influencing it;
- Identifies problems and opportunities both within and outside the team / company and communicates permanently with management;
- Provides general oversight of all EveryMatrix Thailand Office activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization;
- Acts as Legal Representative and Company Director of EveryMatrix Thailand;
- Assures the filing of all legal and regulatory documents and monitors compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
- Liaises with the Legal and Compliance department when necessary;
- Acts as agent for internalizing and implementing global EveryMatrix policies;
- Assures program quality and organizational stability through development and implementation of standards and controls, systems and procedures, and regular evaluation;
- Assures a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff;
- Supports the HR department with organizing events and conferences;
- Recommends staffing and budgeting to management and HR. In accordance with management decision, helps recruit personnel, negotiates professional contracts, and sees that the existing salary structures are maintained;
- Keeps constant communication with the HR department regarding HR policies and people management;
- Keep constant communication with the Office Admin Department regarding office maintenance and spend;
- Assist with local input the Head of Office Admin Department for setting the office budget;
- Supports the Office Admin department with organising events and showcases;
- Opens new offices if the case, cooperating with relevant teams, primary Office Admin, HR, Legal, and Finance.Oversees the fiscal activities of the Thailand Office including budgeting, reporting and audit;
- Builds an accounting system with the help of local accountants;
- Communicates with local team leaders to improve office benefits;
- Owns the operational strategy for the country and be the decision maker in partnership with relevant teams;
- Improves communication between different departments: acts as mediator in understanding different needs and proposes solutions and new directions;
- Builds administrative processes according to local specialties and the main company requirements;
- Is responsible for aligning to the company culture and company vision. Adapts the narrative of the day-to-day and drives the people with in-house events, workshops, and guidance in order to align to EveryMatrix Group processes;
- Conflict management: has a mediator and advisor role within the teams;
**Requirements**:
- 5 years’ experience on similar role;
- Proven ability to develop and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management;
- Goal driven;
- Action oriented and innovative;
- Self-starter self-learner and team player;
- Excellent knowledge of and experience in people management and administration;
- Demonstrated experience in integrating and coordinating diverse areas of management;
- Comfortable with diversity and fast decisions/changes;
- Displays integrity, models behaviors, develops people, and builds teams;
**Work-Life Balance**:
- 33 days off per year, including public holidays, rising to 43 by year 5 inside the company;
